1. Where is your district in terms of development of an enterprise online learning platform?
2. What are reasonable expectations in terms of user adaptation and sustainability?

4. When considering the actual project - what are the steps (at a high level)? What are the phases and what is the order?

2. How to minimally be a peer to the end user stakeholders.
3. Discussion on how to map intranet/server capacity requirements to those of the end user (i.e. we want to have available capacity when the users need it).
4. Cloud vs. externally hosted vs. internally hosted (or all three).
5. Authentication – How to handle Teachers, Administrators, Students and Parents?
6. What are the minimal capabilities/requirements for 3rd party content.
7. What skills do we need internally to run such a project?
8. Who should fund this? The users? Should we build an enterprise solution and then sell it to our users?
